16 hr fast, went off script this weekend after a rough work week, didn't log, but still low carbs except Friday's vodka gummy worms, fireball, and rum chata. off script again this coming birthday weekend, so I really gotta step up the activity level.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
