今日澱粉吃太多,明天不想面對體重計了QQ

早餐:好丘經典乳酪貝果(310卡)、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:牛肉乾麵2/3碗+小魚乾干貝醬1匙、無糖綠茶
下午茶:花生草阿粿1塊、香蕉半根
晚餐:起司牛肉鍋(白飯半碗)沾沙茶醬
55.4 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
