~14 hr fast, 1050 cal yesterday. was doing amazing on low carbs, substituted thin mint temptation with mock ice cream, substituted cabbage for pasta, until I mindlessly had a store almond milk pudding cup. work marathon continues, not getting up from chair much. standing station today
85.9 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
