Really fell off the wagon regarding tracking calories, but just started a new medication on my doctor's suggestion and it seems to be working as far as reducing my appetite. I have barely felt hunger since I started and a small meal is very satisfying for me now. I will be on this for at least 2 months so if things continue on this path I'm excited to see what it can do.
