I haven't been on the scales in a couple days and I'm more excited than ever this morning. So glad that I've stuck with the plan and had my menu readily available. This is a great start to my day and more incentive to make the next week even better!
109.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
