I had basketball practice today and I was not the slug of the group. I'm captain this year and it is absolutely important for me to set an example to the other girls that may be larger. Stick with it because later you'll be so in shape. That's all I say. And all I do is get closer to this goal. I'm so happy. I wanna go past my goal and see where I go. Getting fit is my goal from now on. This was all for prom, but now I'm doing this because being healthy is one of the keys to a long life and I wanna grow old and die of natural causes not some heart disease. I'm gonna be a fighter, and win this battle.
