i GAINED AGAIN i cant belive it. i went up north but packed a cooler full of fruits n veggies and i excerised all 5 days this week of my mini goal and i still gained .8lbs. it might not seem like much but it is to me. i dont know what im doing wrong. i got in my water, veggies, fruits, milk and oil servings and even walked and i cant get this weight off. im gonna go shed a few tears and than go unpack all my healthy groceries i just got and figure out a new plan to get this off.
131.9 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 62.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Did you eat all your daily points every day? Did you eat some extra flex points? Did you write everything down? Just so you know, when you travel, you can become bloated because of all the sitting. Try mixing up your points. Eat just daily points one day and than add 5 flex to your daily points the next. Go up and down to vary the points (it can help jump start weight loss). Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals with a little protein at each meal instead of 3 big meals. When you are walking, up the intensity. Walk regular for 3 minutes and than push a little harder of 1 minute (this is if you are in good health). Then do it again. Changing up things can all help. Good luck!
