下午mc 突然來報到,難怪前幾天肚子感覺都吃不飽XD
早餐:無糖拿鐵(鮮奶200ml)
午餐:排骨便當(飯1/2、排骨、炒龍鬚菜、炒小白菜、炒四季豆)
下午茶:日出鳳梨酥1塊/水果軟糖
晚餐:牛小弟厚片牛排(麵1/2份)
宵夜:珍愛蜜棗1顆
55.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.6 kg a Week
