I was afraid today would be a failed day as it was my first day at work after starting the Atkins program. However, with planning and preparation beforehand, I was able to successfully stick to the plan!
112.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
