早餐:富樂水果麥片40克+無糖希臘式優格160克/無糖拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:羊肉羹麵(麵1/2份)
下午茶:牛嘎餅1塊/日出17號鳳梨酥1個
晚餐:NISORO 奶油野菇雞腿燉飯1/3份(130卡)/香煎牛小排(1/3盤)/炒空心菜及高麗菜一些/鹹酥雞(青椒、黑輪片、雞肉)各一些/去籽芭樂2/3顆
55.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
