Not gonna weigh in but I did hot yoga yesterday then 60 pushups to cool down.
Today I walked a half-marathon, did deadlifts, bicep curls, rows, and military presses.
Took off my shirt and was pleasantly surprised with some new muscles peeking through on my core <3
My body feels wrecked. Gonna have a bath. Tomorrow I'll rest. Thursday is bouldering and pullups, dead hangs, and dips.
Friday is hot yoga again.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu starts again in 10 days.
Getting into the best shape of my life. Feeling amazing. 2019 is the year of a new me.
