Today i did 40 mins of exercise.

20mins treadmill uphill
20 mins weight machines
10mins walking on track

didn't keep up with water
sleep about 5 hours today
104.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week
