haven't been weighing myself reg lately cos my eating has been all over the place yesterday was KFC mcds Krispy Kreme mocha blah blah always happens when I travel to Auckland and see family who all eat baf.....and last week has been intermittent fasting mixed with crap and healthy goodness so today im starting fresh
this morning I went for a huge walk to the shops to post mail etc instead of going in the car and I incorporated some hills for inclines as I feel like they make my muscles work harder than just straight walking for an hour I got home had water and went for another walk vacummed my house now I wanna run lol... feeling great tho gonna eat good this week lots of water and reg exercise all week I'm coming for u 2 figure weight!!!!!!
