1000 calorie oatmeal keeps me full! I’ve stopped starving and depriving my self from food, I now make smart choices and I loose weight, until we Learn that weight loss isn’t an overnight thing, and it’s a process we will never loose the weight, I’ve had to re-educate myself on what I eat and loosing the weight has been easy slow but easy because I’m also building muscle. I write this to my people on here that are struggling with weight loss over struggled with it all my life and it’s not until now that I’m 30 that I learned how and what to eat and I have days where I’ll eat anything pizza, rice all the CARBS I want and I don’t gain the weight back.
