where can I find a list of 0 carb foods?

Google it. Fiber doesn’t count, so high fiber veggies are low in carbs. And meat is almost always protein & fat (liver has carbs).

meat and fish and fats and water (tofu has carbs so does eggs, cream and cheese.) But plenty of foods have only a few carbs

And egg whites have .24 grams of carbs less than one gram of carbs. Not all carves are bad there’s good carbs

Fish especially oily kind is really great zero carb source with tonnes of good nutrients for heart nervous system and brain function including eye sight. Also, cheese :) Another great one is Greek Natural Yoghurt which is delicious, you can add berries very low carb and high in anti-oxidants, or for me some whole grain muesli and nuts for crunchiness.
