早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+希臘式優格/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)/misterdonut藍莓波堤(240卡)
午餐:帶便當(香煎牛小排3條/玉米筍8根/炒青菜/炒茄子/絲瓜一些
下午茶:黑巧克力1塊/無糖春茶/去籽芭樂1/2顆
晚餐:牛肉南瓜牛奶鍋(牛肉7片、高麗菜、火鍋料3個/湯幾口)/爆米花3杯/沙拉/熱奶茶/misterdonut豆香波堤1/2個
