早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+希臘式優格+大蘋果1/2顆/拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:藜麥糙米飯/鹹豬肉/炒瓠瓜/白蘿蔔/牛肉貢丸1顆/燻雞肉1塊
下午茶:烏弄-無糖金萱烏龍+白珍珠/去籽芭樂1/2顆
晚餐:肉絲蛋炒飯3/4+辣味干貝魚乾/滷蛋1/2顆+豆乾+海帶+米血一些
55.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
