Diet not followed or tracked.

Weighed in at 198 lbs today.
Goal weight is still 170 lbs.

I'm looking to drop my body fat % in order to compete in grappling tournaments.

Began low level strength training to get started.


Saturday
Squats: 3 x 5 : 135 lbs

Monday
Squats: 1 x 5 : 135 lbs
Squats: 3 x 5 : 150 lbs

Thursday
Squats: 3 x 5 : 150 lbs
Pushups: 1 x 5 : Abandoned (Sore wrists and cracking chest)
89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
