補2/5日誌,太晚📝了!
早餐:拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)/香蕉1根/拜拜蛋糕幾口
午餐:烏魚子1塊/花枝丸1顆/芥蘭花炒牛小排/雞湯(翅小腿1根)
下午茶:棗子/道祖廟的爆米花+炸地瓜+餅乾+紅豆餅(花生口味)
晚餐:新樂街夜市(花生石頭餅/烤黑輪片2片/炸雞腿肉6小塊)
55.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
