decent loss considering I'm not getting any better, last night my Crohn's and I had a severe pain attack that lasted 2 hours, but I'm proud I didn't go to hospital I managed it at home. Keep up the good work fellow lifestyle changes.
116 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
