Didn’t exercise much this weekend. I slept a lot. The body needs rest, right?
Eating balanced meals. Making sure to get in lots of veggies.
Alright, did 60 pushups (gonna go to 100 before end of day, or more, whatever I get bored with), some deadlifts, military press, curls, reverse flies. I think I'll have a shake on top of my meal.
