Happy Dancing. I lost 3 lbs!
All the workouts and good food choices are paying off. Feels great!
I kept to the goals I set for this week too...I drank all my water and ate breakfast daily. Now, I need to add a new goal in with these ones and keep them all up!
Did I mention I was Happy Dancing?

I am soo gald to hear how well you are doing. I also lost 2 lbs this last week. but I reallly think its more from stress (see journal) Anyway, I am so proud of you Great Job again!!!!
