last weigh in for 2 weeks..off on a cruise so should be able to stick to my plan.
Cant seem to get below 62kg,but have lost some cms.😤
62.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
