You are my inspiration right now! I think this is the most natural way to eat. It will definitely take some time for me to get out of the diet mindset, as I feel compelled to still weigh daily and journal my food. Not every day will be a great IE story, like today, while working at the church all day painting, I ate a sundae from sonic, when I wasn't super hungry, had severeal granola bars when I didn't need it, and had a hamburger from Mcdonalds for dinner, and finshed it though it didn't taste great.
Now my stomach feels a little too full and I hate that. Being super busy and on my feet all day throws my hunger signals off. I refuse to feel guilty though. My brain is already thinking..ok you have to eat NOTHING tommorow to make up for today. But i won't give in to those thoughts! How do you deal with "off" days?
