have been without a car so no gym. It's hard to exercise at home but I AM going to do it! My weight has been at 24.4 since the day after I weighed in last week officailly so I am changng it. It's only 1/2 a pound difference so I'm not going to worry about it. As long as I kep making the right choices and actually get some exercise I will be ok.
