went to Dr Hart today and see I need to get back on track for cognitive health and A1C help.
Spoke to my sister Lynn Porter and need to share with her.
105.0 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
