Crohn's its been hell for the past months but from today I make a commitment to myself to being happy and said and shallow but I'm happier when I'm thin I was at 65 2 & half years ago, I can do it again. Also it was like a light bulb switched on and reminded me I was sick 130 kg when I last started and I most certainly did not do it overnight last time so I need to keep reminding myself I can do it, it will take time. Be honest with myself and join an online chat support line for people who are over eaters and I don't need to explain myself to anyone.
