The best time to weigh in is around the morning as you get up. Doing it this late is ok but assuming you’re going to eat you will put on back the weight by nightfall and real accuracy of weight is morning weight, unless you’re currently fasting by not eating till this time each day, then kudos 😊🎉

Awesome! I bet your kids are proud of you too! I’ve been keeping my 16-yr-old informed of my progress weekly since I started in July...she got back to working out and eating better about eight weeks ago 😊
