I am in a Transformer Dietbet (lose 10% of your body weight in 6 months). Today was the end of round 4. I am 2.6lbs lighter than my goal weight. This is one of the few times I have not been stressed about making the weigh-in. I am actually where I need to be for my final weigh out on March 17th!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
