Well, definitely happily suprised I only put on half a pound from the sushi and the fudge. But went out to Sweet Water last night for dinner with my cousin and finished the second fudge piece. I did try to be good, had a grilled chicken southwest salad, very tasty, but we also got the spinach dip as an apptetizer. So we'll what happens over the next few days. My body usually takes a day or two to react to whatever I put in it or do to it.
But I did my second day work out yesterday, my maxes were: 12 push ups 34 squats 50 sit ups I'm really happy with it, just about doubled everything from the first test. And I remembered to stretch my legs this time, so I should be able to still walk this time.
