I really didn't want to weigh-in this week because TOM is here and it just throws everything off. However, I still kept to my diet, stayed within my calorie range, stayed in the gym, and fought off the temptation and carvings that TOM brings along. All I can do is stick to what I was doing and hopefully things will change next week. I didn't lose and I didn't gain either, so I guess that's a plus.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
