I have been in a herbalife challenge for the last two weeks. I am been drinking a shake for breakfast and lunch and theb eating a healthy dinner. This is working for me so far.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
