I went to the zoo on Sunday and walked for about two hours.
Monday was my advanced aerobic class, but I also walked for 30 minutes
Last night I walked on the treadmill "Mr. Mill" for 1 hour. So far doing quite well this week. Haven't lost any lbs yet though.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
