Uda 7 bulan😂 , tapi pola makan aku masih ga clean", masih makan gorengan , dan kadang surplus juga , aku olahraga nya jogging 50menit 3x seminggu dan wo di rumah 2x seminggu selama 20-30 menit cuma itu aja sih yg aku lakuin selama 7 bln itu
