First week of clinical was a roller coaster of problems in terms of eating. Extra energy demands left me dragging, then binging at end of shift. Then, with housemate wanting the AC on full blast as I drove her to the airport, I wound up getting sick myself, and drinking lots of tea with honey over this last week - thankfully I have at least a few more days until my next clinical shift, since preceptor had to take some vacation time or lose it.
Just finally getting back online and some 'me' time, and I suppose it's good that I didn't gain anything, but depressing that I had such a long period without losing anything either.
