A complete roller-coaster ride these past two years. 100% stress driven. An almost insermountable evil. Bouncing back at my age is very nearly a miracle but bounce back I have for one more kick at life. Have incorporated intermittent fasting along with keto. Interesting but some very unpleasant side effects...headaches..nausea. I fasted 3 days but was actually hungry this morning so I will adjust the fasting to 3 days on 1 day off. That's the nice thing about fasting you can moderate to your needs and lifestyle. Along with keto I think the health benefits will be enormous. Time will tell.
