Joyce Coleman's Journal, 10 May 08

Thank goodness the scales went down a couple of pounds today! I have been at the same weight for several days and that gets discouraging. Housework probably helped. I am also trying to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals/snacks instead of bigger meals hoping that will up my metabolism. Feeling fine and thankful to be alive!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

Good for you! What a great attitude! I know ... it comes with the lbs. lost! I'm the same way! Now, I need to get to cleaning my house! Maybe I will have the same results! ;) I think it's a good idea to go to the 5 or 6 small meals a day. I usually count my yogurt or granola bar as a meal between meals. I think that it keeps me from starving & then going overboard at my next meal! Keep it up! You are doing a great job!

What a way to start the day... it sure helps with the motivation... Good idea to spread out the food..gives the body time to process... Life is good... Have a great weekend...
