Killer workouts today and yesterday. Waited until dinner to end fast. 24 hrs. Inadvertently ate way below calories. I was so exhausted last night, all I wanted to do was go to bed. And I did.
Today, broke fast at 2 pm. 19 hrs. Ketosis comes and goes. Never more than moderate, mostly trace. Oh well. No worries.
NSV...I have to buy new workout clothes. Mine are quite literally falling off! It is a good day.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
