Been eating my home made Vegan Gumbo and Sweet potato flatbreads all week. 1 Kiwi after my workouts and lots of green tea. I dropped 3 lbs since Monday...keeping it going...no stopping now.
54.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
