lama banget ga input data makan😜krn makan terlalu berantakan.sdh ga clean food,porsi besar,ngemil byk. lemak bb naik buaanyak...😥. diet extrim 1minggu.bb mulai turun(biar semangat utk mulai kembali df kalori n 75%clean food)semoga semangat ini bisa tahan lama n konsisten😊
