No worries. It will come off soon. Back on the Keto train. It shows me, tho...maintenance will NOT be easy, because I did not go too crazy,and the pounds piled on. I am going to have to lower my calorie count by another hundred to jump start the loss. 1100 is my new starting point. A month to Christmas. No big plans as of now, but with My crazy life, who knows what might happen. Family matters have had me going every direction for the last week. I absolutely have to start paying attention to Me. Sounds pretty conceited, when put in words. Today is the first day......again.
