senenggggg bngettt..alhamdulillah.. terharuu... banyak temen" kampus udah bilang kurusan.. kok kmu kurusan.. seneng ak liat kmu ni kurusan mukanya mkin seger dan cerah... bahkan beberpa orng yg kdri kelas lain sblmnya tau ak, ngeliatin trs mngkin bngung.. dosen pun ngliat agk lama.. trs blang.. kmu beda ya??.. ak cumn cengingas-cengingis.. 😂😂.. pdhal ak ngrasa blm ad prubahan.. msi sma aj bdanku jumbo penuh lemak..

@arihna ap y tips nya sma aj, yg pnting defisit kalori sma pinter pinter prkirain kalori msuk sma kluar, dn klo ak emng gk mkn pke minyak gram gula, dsb.. kcuali klo pngen bbget bru ak ksi dkit, sma karbo ku gnti oat krna emng mslah pncrnaan jdi ak gnti jdi lancar..gtu klo ak..
