一直爆食就是有問題😂,今天光是零食就噴了將近1300卡...而且是晚上21:00開始狂嗑...真想哭😂!明天起進入戒飲料模式,重新調整回健康的飲食習慣,我的身體我的腸胃我的心靈,抱歉讓你們難受了,明天起再陪我重新來過吧(抱),萬事拜託了!
