I only joined my Fatsecret 5 days ago. But I have been on the diet for 3 weeks, However, during the 1st week i did lose 6.7 Kg. If i can try get to 90-95 kg at December, happy days

To add goals to my weight loss, I also have to stop smoking. I have been keeping track of my BP during the time i smoked. And during the time quieting, today is the 6th day.
