setelah hampir 2 mggu yoyo, tanpa mengubah pola makan yg udah di atur sejak awal mulai diet eh turun sendiri dia bonusnya massa otot naik dari 31,5 ke 31,7 lumayan lah 0,2 qiqiqiqiq
