어제 애슐리서 그나마 탄수빼고 먹고 밤에 러닝머신 쫌 뛰어서 이 몸무게 유지하는듯~~
오늘도 열씸히 뛰자~!! 헛둘헛둘
운동후 57.5 케톤1.5 오늘 운동 많이 못했다.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
