Focus on what matters,CALORIES. Don’t get sucked by these crazy ways to lose weight. Do it 1 time, do it right, and do it forever. Find your CALORIE DEFICIT and your CALORIE MAINTENANCE that’s all you need 😉

In the early-mid stages of weight-losing game, focusing on macros can be paralysis-by-analysis. Counting calories accurately is hard enough.
