😭感動了!終於8月的體重回來了
MC微量結束中
🎃南瓜料理要消耗3天
經期來補碳比較不痛喔!
62.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
