kemaren coba ocd tapi takut lambung ga kuat jadi pengen di coba buat makan sehat dulu karena masih kecapean juga. 2 minggu skip gym tp minggu pertama harus bolak balik naik turun bukit. minggu kedua nya sekarang sibuk di kampus rapat rapat dll jadi semoga ttp maintance meski otot rada nyusut
