This time around, I've been trying to REALLY follow the rules... and get creative with meals. Creative enough, in fact, that suddenly my husband is doing Atkins with me! Not because I'm forcing him, but because he realized that even though we're avoiding foods with carbs, there are a LOT of options out there!
In fact, I'm consistantly a little low on my carb counts each day, which I'd like to fill in with more veggies, but I get full so quickly!
